I see how their eyes light up at your compliments. Itâs obvious how much they value your input and validation. When they accomplish something, like reading their first chapter book or winning a baseball game, itâs you they want to tell.![]()

I watch you on field trips and during class events. I see how you talk to them. The patience you have, the kindness you show.
