Double Consonants -ff -ll -ss -zz floss rule phonics mats! Phonics Mats are phonics-based decodable text for students to decode and practice targeted phonics skills. Students take the skills they learned in phonics and apply them using phonics mats. Phonics Mats allow students to practice segmenting, blending, encoding, decoding, and reading comprehension. These mats are aligned with Fundations scope and sequence.
This resource contains 8 Phonics Mats for FLoSS team words with /ff/, /ll/, /ss/, and /zz/. Mats come in two different formats so students have a variety of ways to practice floss rule sounds.
